With a decade in the fitness industry, Micah started as a local coach, building fitness communities along the east coast. This eventually led to coaching world-class CrossFit athletes globally through his company, Brute. His extensive experience and passion for fitness are now channelled into enhancing the competitive landscape at the local level in Birmingham, bringing a wealth of knowledge and innovation.

Luan chose the fitness industry in 2000 and has never looked back. He owns and consults for multiple fitness brands in Birmingham and continues to be a staple in the landscape of this city when it comes to strength and conditioning.
